Comments: A GOOD WEB SITE,I ENJOYED LOOKING BACK ON THE PAST TOURS, ESPECIALLY THE UKI TOURS OF 1999, AND 2001, WHICH MY DAUGHTER ANGELA, AND I TOOK PART, I FOR ONE WOULDN'T HAVE MISSED THEM FOR THE WORLD, AND WOULD LOVE TO DO A UKRAINIAN TOUR AGAIN ONE DAY. THE MEMORIES I HAVE SUCH AS COMING BACK FROM GERMANY, AND SLAP,(coach driver),DECIDED TO COME BACK HOME VIA HOLLAND, AND TOOK US(adults only),WINDOW SHOPPING IN AMSTADAM, AND ON THE 1999, TOUR WE PILED BACK ON THE COACH AFTER A TOILET AND SMOKE BREAK AND SOMEHOW LEFT JOE KUPRANEC BEHIND IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, THE UKI TOURS WOULD'VE MADE A GOOD DOCUMENTARY FOR TV, LIKE WHEN THERE WAS AN ARGUMENT ON THE COACH INVOLVING A FEW ADULTS(no names mentioned), OVER THE SITTING ARRANGEMENTS, AND THAT WAS BEFORE WE HAD EVEN LEFT DERBY!!!.

THE ONLY THING I WOULD SAY ABOUT THE MEMBERS LIST, PAST AND PRESENT,IS THAT THERE IS NO MENTION OF MY WIFE HALINA(never mind the quality feel the width)DACE, nee, KROUTZEW, WHO MADE THE COSTUMES FOR A GOOD TEN YEARS OR MORE, ALSO SOME OF THE COSTUMES THAT ARE STILL BEING USED WERE MADE BY HALINA'S MOTHER NATALIA, DATING BACK TO THE 50s, AND 60s,

WHEN I RETIRE I HOPE TO RETURN TO TAKE UP MY OLD POSITION AS THE WORST MANDOLIN PLAYER HAVERLA HAVE EVER HAD OR MY NAME AIN'T CAPTAIN CORRELI.

A shame that it only dates from 1972 as Hoverla was formed well before that date and it would be nice to see some of the old pictures and awards named that were won at Demontforte Hall previous to '72!
