Nadia's Honey Cake
1 jar Golden Syrup
1 teacup sugar
1 Teacup warm milk
1lb self -raising flour
1 Large teaspoon cinnamon
1 Large teaspoon of baking powder
4 Large eggs
170ml oil (teacup)
1 Pkt vanilla sugar
Add all ingredients together and mix well,
Allow to stand for 10 mins.
Pour mixture into a large baking tin,
(lined with baking parchment).
Bake for 55 mins (fan assisted electric oven)
or 1hr in conventional oven at 180°C
but reduce temp to 150°C half way through baking
