Kateryna's Chocolate Cake
4 oz Unsalted Butter
1 oz Cocoa Powder
3 oz Golden Syrup
8 oz Biscuits (4 oz Digestive/ 4 oz Rich Tea
2 oz Raisins
4 oz Chocolate for the topping
( Plain/Milk/White ) your choice
Line a 6" square cake tin with cling film,
Put the butter, cocoa powder, syrup and
raisins into a pan and melt altogether gently.
Crush the biscuits and stir in pan.
Melt chocolate in the microwave or over
warm water in a basin (do not boil ).
Use more chocolate if necessary.
Spread over the cake mixture
and place in fridge to set.
Then enjoy!!!!
